English: CAMP BLUE DIAMOND, AR RAMADI, Iraq -- Corporal Alvaro Perez, a 20-year-old Bronx, N.Y. native and administration clerk with Headquarters Battalion, learns how to use the Personnel Radio Component 119 (PRK-119) system, March 24.
