Description
English: Gunnery Sgt. Avery Cruz, an Officer Candidate School platoon sergeant, gives guidance to his candidate platoon sergeant during the 9th Marine Corps District's OCS Preparatory Weekend April 12 at Fort McCoy, Wis. Cruz was one of four platoon sergeants to help bring a taste of OCS to nearly 200 candidates. The preview let candidates experience the yelling of platoon sergeants, running a physical fitness test in harsh conditions and finding their way through a land navigation course.
