English: United States Marine Corps Capt, William Hollis, the officer selection officer for Recruiting Station Pittsburgh's Officer Selection Team State College responds to Jean-Pierre LaGuerre, 19, a sophomore mechanical engineering major from Nassau, Bahamas, leadership trait explanation during a leadership seminar at a meeting Feb. 2, 2012 for the Penn State Chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers. LaGuerre, along with more than 30 of his fellow chapter mates attended the seminar to learn more about Marine Corps leadership and opportunities to serve in the military as a Marine Corps officer.
