Description
English: Lance Cpl. Derek B. Wilson, 20, from Lincoln Neb., who is a civil affairs representative with Civil Affairs Team 1, Detachment 1, 2nd Battalion, 11th Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 5, watches the crowd of people who are waiting in line to have identification badges made at the Civil Military Operations Center, Haditha, Iraq, May 6. The CMOC was opened to issue ID badges, vehicle registration stickers and also gave a venue to military forces to communicate with the people of Haditha and the surrounding areas.
