Along with the ships organic crew of more than 300 sailors, Tortuga has also been loaded with two CH-46E Sea Knight helicopters, high-mobility multipurpose wheeled vehicles, commercial bulldozers, and a variety of heavy equipment to assist in flood relief operations.
