The MAT Marines, comprised of U.S., Spanish and Portuguese Marines, took part in a military-to-military exchange with the Cameroonian Rapid Intervention Battalion (B.I.R.), the Marines, and the Navy. APS is a multinational initiative developed by Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Africa which aims to work cooperatively with U.
