Description
English: Corporal Leon M. Howard, a Nancy, Ky., native pulls a casualty through the collapsed structure trainer at the Raymond M. Downey Sr. Training Facility located in Indian Head, Md., August 25. The Marine, who serves with the Chemical Biological Incident Response Force, must overcome several challenges while negotiating the confined space within the trainer. In addition to operating in small spaces, the students who go through the trainer must properly package the casualties they are extracting in low-light conditions.
