Description
English: Major General Keith J. Stalder (right) passes the colors of the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing to Maj. Gen. Samuel T. Helland during a change of command ceremony, Aug. 6, on the flight line at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif. Stalder will continue his career in the Marine Corps as the commanding general of Training and Education Command, Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Va. During Stalder's more than one year as the 3rdMAW CG, he oversaw the largest deployment in the wing's 62-year history. Photo by Sgt. J.L. Zimmer III
