Vince Sumang, civil affairs officer, 5th Civil Affairs Group supporting 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team-2 (left), and Gunnery Sgt. Paul Morrison with 4th Combat Engineer Battalion talk with a local Iraqi engineer during repairs to a broken water line. The water line helps supply the city and its 100,000 residents with water. The city and Camp Gannon, the Marine base located on the city's edge, were without water for a week.
