English: Two Marines from Company B, Chemical Biological Incident Response Force, II Marine Expeditionary Force, extract a simulated casualty, Josh Dale, from a simulated chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, high-yield explosion incident, during a training exercise Feb. 28 at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority in Landover, Md. Dale was given anti-acid tablets to make him foam at the mouth, which simulated being infected with Phosgene, a poisonous gas. Dale will process through the decontamination line before going to the medical stability tent for follow-on medical care. |
