Description
English: Camp Pendleton Marines reenact the famous Iwo Jima flag-raising photo at the South Mesa Club Feb 16. The reenactment was the conclusion to an evening of remembrance for the fallen and honoring of the survivors of the battle. Staff Sgt. Quay L.K. Terry, Media Liaison Officer with the Marine Corps Historical Company, provided the uniforms and authentic props for the reenactment.
