Description
English: Sgt. Maj. Wayne R. Bell, 48, from Boston, Mass., the 1st Marine Division Sergeant Major reenlisted on the "Blackwater Bridge" in the city of Fallujah. The bridge is known as the site where last year, insurgents displayed the bodies of two American contractors. Bell considers the bridge to be a symbol of victory in Fallujah after the offensive of Marines in November put the bridge back in the hands of the residents of Fallujah.
