Description
English: 180914-N-SH284-0114 PORT ANGELES, Wash. (Sept. 14, 2018) Capt. Chad Brooks, commanding officer, Naval Facilities Engineering Command Northwest, mingles with guests before taking a tour of the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Sea Devil during a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the official opening of the Transit Protection System facilities at the U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Sector Field Office, Port Angeles. The project consisted of constructing a pier, utility trestle, and an alert forces facility which will meet the U.S. Coast Guard’s personnel requirements when they provide escort services to the Navy’s submarine forces.
