Description Seamen Tyler Smith, Charles Pedroni, Jordan Wooten and Christian Wilson, all members of the deck force aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Bristol Bay, prepare to position chain on top of a buoy anchor in preparation of securing it aboard the cutter, which was working buoys near Mosely Channel in Lake Erie, Nov. 27, 2012. The crew of the Bristol Bay is decommissioning some navigational buoys and replacing others as part of Operation Fall Retrieve, which is designed to limit damage done to navigational buoys during the winter months.
