| Description |
English: On 15 October 1966, the second half of the 1st Philippine Civic Action Group for Vietnam (1st PHILCAGV) started arriving in Tay Ninh, Vietnam. they came in on C-130 aircraft from Manila. This will bring the total strength of PHILCAGV troops to 2100 in Vietnam. The unit is commanded by Brig Gen Guadencie Tobias, and is composed entirely of volunteers. Philippine soldier guiding the C-130 in so that members of the 1st Philippine Civic Action Group can disembark.
