Description MINOT, N.D. – Michael Bart (left), Lt. Col. Kendall Bergmann, and Chris Botz, all with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers St. Paul District, discuss current flood fight operations at the water treatment facility here,, June 23, 2011. The Corps is currently building temporary levees around critical infrastructure in the city and will continue to provide technical assistance to affected communities along the entire Souris River Basin.
