Description Rosanna Alcantara, a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District regional program manager, visits a class of second-graders to conduct a hands-on Science, Technology, Engineering and Math, or STEM, exercise Nov. 12 at U.S. Army Garrison Ansbach, Germany. The students "engineered" structures using marshmallows and pasta. Alcantara used the STEM-related lesson to share information about her profession and answer questions about USACE.
