Description Representatives from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District, U.S. Embassy Cotonou and contractor, CNAF-SET, visit school students and teachers during a quality assurance inspection at the Marie-Adele Catholic Catholic School library project in Benin May 15, 2013. The humanitarian assistance project, funded by U.S. Africa Command, is currently 40 percent complete and is anticipated to be finished by late summer 2013. The construction of a reading room, office, bathroom, storage room and terraces is being executed by Beninese subcontractors using locally available materials.
