Description Lt. Col. Randy Bolz, a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District project manager, participated in the Latvian State Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) Madona Division ribbon cutting ceremony May 17. During the reconstruction project the Madona Station received new garage doors on one building and a complete rebuild of another to allow the station to house the larger European fire trucks.
