Description
English: Congratulations if you spotted that this An-12 was coming in on two engines. Unfortunately, they had not bothered to notify ATC of any emergency. When the Tower saw him on finals they scrambled the fire service. After landing he stopped on the taxiway, started up the two stopped engines and taxied in as normal. There was a heated exchange between the Captain and the Tower Supervisor with the Captain screaming over the radio in broken English, 'Training, Training'. I think the essence of what the Tower Supervisor was trying to get across was 'You should have advised us' !!!
