한국어: 한국전에 참전한 외국 군인의 영령을 모신 유엔묘지 정문을 설계한 김중업은 한국 전통건축의 아름다운 선을 강조하여 지붕과 기둥을 표현하였다. 사뿐하게 솟은 지붕선과 목조의 우아함이 살아있는 기둥은 전체적으로 배흘림 구조에 4갈래의 기둥선을 따라 기둥머리가 지붕을 받치는 형태로, '살아있는 선'의 의미를 강조하고 있다. |
