Description
English: UK aid being unloaded in Rangoon, Burma, 14 May 2008. The Iluyshin 76 plane arrived from UAE, carrying 36 tonnes of plastic sheeting to provide shelter for around 9,000 families. The plastic sheets were delivered to the UN who are coordinating the provision of shelter to the thousands of people in desperate need. The flight contained approximately 1500 bales of 4m x 6m plastic sheets. Picture courtesy DFID
