中文：蘇格蘭高地區，麥芽威士忌蒸餾廠的寶塔造型煙囪

寶塔(Pagonda)造型的煙囪是蘇格蘭地區的麥芽威士忌蒸餾廠非常重要的建築象徵，原本的作用是酒廠在進行麥芽的烘烤(Kilning)過程時，為了排煙而設。不過，現代化的威士忌蒸餾廠常常已經不在酒廠裡自行烘烤麥芽而是直接向外面的專業麥芽供應商採購，但幾乎全部的酒廠都會保留這寶塔狀煙囪作為象徵物。

另外，煙囪的開口高度與層數往往也攸關這家酒廠烘烤麥芽時煙燻的程度！

本照片拍攝於屬於高地區老牌酒廠之一的格蘭卓納赫(GlenDronach)蒸餾廠內。
