Description	A U.S. Navy Kaman UH-2B Seasprite (BuNo 150162) of Helicopter Combat Support Squadron HC-1 Det.C "Pacific Fleet Angels" on the flight deck of the ammunition ship USS Firedrake (AE-14) off Vietnam. HC-1 Det.C was assignded to Carrier Air Wing 11 (CVW-11) aboard the aircraft carrier USS Kitty Hawk (CVA-63) for a deployment to Vietnam from 19 October 1965 to 13 June 1966. During that cruise, 150162 crashed during take-off form the Kitty Hawk on 15 April 1966, killing two of the crew and injuring five.
