Description
English: U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Paul McNair, center, demonstrates how to apply a tourniquet on U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Aurelio Stirling to Kenyan sailors during a combat lifesaver course as part of Africa Partnership Station (APS) 2012 held aboard high-speed vessel Swift (HSV-2) in Kenya July 6, 2012. APS is an international security cooperation initiative facilitated by Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa aimed at strengthening global maritime partnerships through training and collaborative activities in order to improve maritime safety and security in Africa.
