Description
English: U.S. Marines attached to Black Sea Rotational Force 2011 and Coast Guardsmen attached to USCG cutter Sea Otter (WPB 87362) hook a ladder to board a patrol boat as part of a visit, board, search and seizure training March 26, 2011, at Camp Pendleton, Calif. Black Sea Rotational Force is an annual multilateral security cooperation activity with partner nations in the Black Sea, Balkan, and Caucasus regions designed to enhance participants’ collective professional military capacity, promote regional stability, and build enduring relationships with partner nations.
