Description
English: U.S. Coast Guard Seaman Steven Kain explains the workings of a compass to Joe Jackson, 17, of Astatula, Fla., while aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Eagle Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2011. Jackson is one of two cadets selected nationwide from the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps to sail aboard the 295-foot barque during the 2011 Summer Training Cruise, which commemorates the 75th anniversary of the ship.
