English: CH-47 Chinook helicopter crewmembers of Company B, team up with petroleum supply specialists of Company E, 2nd General Support Aviation Battalion, 227th Aviation Regiment, 1st Air Cavalry Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division, to refuel an M1 Abrams tank from Company C, 1st Battalion, 18th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, during a jump forward area refueling point (FARP) training exercise at Hohenfels Training Area, Germany, Jan. 21, 2018. The jump FARP training allowed both units to familiarize themselves with the capabilities of the Chinook’s extended range fuel system and forward area refueling equipment kit for future operations during Allied Spirit VIII.
