English: Marines and Sailors salute the Mauritanian Deputy Chief of Defense, Brig. Gen. Hanana Sidi Hanana (left), as he arrives for the graduation ceremony of the soldiers who participated in the logistics training in Tiguet, Islamic Republic of Mauritania, Feb. 19, 2016. Marines with Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Crisis Response-Africa spent five weeks with their Mauritanian counterparts training specialties including motor transportation and operations, supply, communications, medical and marksmanship. The training between the two militaries builds the Mauritanians’ logistics capacity to provide sovereign security and counter terrorism while strengthening the bond between the two countries.
