Description
English: The picture is taken in Coochbehar, West Bengal, India at a fair held on the occasion of Basanti puja. This is a one day folk festival when Hindu worshippers take a dip in the river to wash off their sins. In this picture two Tantrik worshippers who are devotees of Shakti can be seen in their traditional garb. One of them is blowing on a musical instrument called 'shinga' which is made out of the horn of an animal.
