Nederlands: Gekoppelde villa's met neotraditionele inslag; voortuin afgesloten door gemetst bakstenen muurtje met vierkante hekpijlers, haag en hek. Breedhuizen van het dubbelhuistype, met twee bouwlagen op L-vormige plattegrond onder snijdende pannendaken, van 1904 (volgens kadastergegevens). Baksteenbouw met sierankers en verwerking van natuursteen voor horizontale banden, boog- en hoekstenen. Gekoppelde uitspringende vensterrisalieten: nummer 21 met getrapte top eindigend op overhoeks topstuk; tuitgeveltop van nummer 23 met smeedijzeren bekroning van het getrapt topstuk. Gesloten houten hoekportiek met ingang Gevels voorts versierd met baksteen- en boogfriezen.
