Description
English: 160521-N-EF272-011 BIZERTE, Tunisia (May 21, 2016) A Tunisian naval vessel completes final approach of a target vessel before a boarding attempt during the at-sea portion of Exercise Phoenix Express 2016. Phoenix Express, sponsored by U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM) and facilitated by U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa/U.S. 6th Fleet, is designed to improve regional cooperation, increase maritime domain awareness information-sharing practices, and operational capabilities to enhance efforts to achieve safety and security in the Mediterranean Sea. العربية: قارب تابع لجيش البحر التونسي بصدد الاقتراب من هدفه أثناء الجزء البحري من التمرين العسكري فينيكس إيكسبرس 2016. فينيكس إيكسبريس، برعاية القيادة العسكرية الأمريكية في أفريقيا (أفريكوم) ومساند من طرف البحرية الأمريكية بكل من أوروبا وأفريقيا اضافة الى الأسطول السادس، يهدف إلى تحسين التعاون الإقليمي، زيادة ممارسات تبادل المعلومات، تدعيم اليقضة في المجال البحري والقدرات التشغيلية تعزيزا للجهود المبذولة لتحقيق السلامة والأمن في البحر الأبيض المتوسط.
