Description
English: Tropical Storm Leepi 04w in the East China Sea on June 20, 2013, with an exposed, multiple low level circulation centers, consisting of 4 vortices. The center became exposed due to moderate vertical wind shear blowing from the northeast, pushing all the high altitude clouds to the southwest on the center. The circulation center became exposed on early June 20, just after midnight. As shown in the image, the center of the multiple circulation centers is cloud-free, due to the wind of each vortex blowing all the clouds inwards to each circulation center.
