Description
English: This fine collection of trophies is described by the catalogue as “Agricultural Society’s Challenge Cups” but I suspect that they are not for the prettiest Cows and Horses. Which Society was it, and do the fine trophies still exist today?

Thank you all for yesterday’s work, and especially the Beachcomber’s final comment on Jack the Ripper. I imagine most of us would develop a fever if we were approached by a man wielding a knife and shouting “I am Jack the Ripper”!
