Here connectionmay be made for Wellesley, where are the beautiful countryplace and gardens of the late Mr. Hunnewell, who spent alarge part of his life in beautifying his estate. The ItalianGardens are especially attractive, and are visited by manystrangers. Wellesley College, founded by Henry F. Durant,occupies a picturesque location on the shores of Lake Waban. Now thro beautiful Brookline, not only the most accessible ofBostons suburbs, but also, most wealthy.
