English: One of the few triptychs, signed by Klontzas, which is kept in the New Vault of the Monastery of Saint John the Theologian on the Greek island of Patmos. The measured two-word signature can be viewed on the rear portion of the central panel at the bottom: (Γεωργίου χειρ Κλότζα τάδ’ έγεγράφει, ό δ’ αΰ λαβών μέμνησο καμοΰ προφρόνως) Georgiou hand Klotza tad' inscribes, o d' au lavon memniso kamo profronosos".
