Italiano: Funzione: macinare la carne per la produzione dei salami. Modalità d'uso: provvista di morsetto per fissarlo al 'tavlòt', è costituita da una coclea che azionata dalla manovella comprime la carne contro un disco di acciaio forato, fisso, davanti al quale ruota un coltello a più lame. Utilizzando successivamente dischi con fori di dimensioni decrescenti si macinava la carne alla giusta grana per essere insaccata tramite l'apposito imbuto.
