Description

How often does one see a trilobite sand sculpture?

This was made by former Ohio State University paleontology graduate student Jessica Kastigar during an OSU field trip to the Bahamas in March 2013.

Locality: aragonite sand beach, Columbus Monument Beach/Monument Park Beach, shoreline of Fernandez Bay, western side of San Salvador Island, eastern Bahamas
