Description O IAC 385 Mojave será apresentado ao público da Agrishow pela primeira vez. Lançado em setembro de 2011, a variedade apresenta potencial produtivo em torno de seis mil quilos por hectare, enquanto as outras em uso no Estado de São Paulo produzem cerca de três mil. A aplicação de defensivos agrícolas nas lavouras do IAC 385 Mojave pode ser reduzida em pelo menos 30%. Isso porque a variedade possui moderada resistência à ferrugem da folha, às manchas foliares causadas por helmintoporiose e à brusone. As três são consideradas as principais doenças do trigo a qualidade da farinha e classificada como trigo melhorador e de cor clara (branca).
