| Description |
English: Triangulation pillar in Cowcroft Woods, Botley. Photo looking west. The trig point is at 161 metres, not the top of the hill which goes up to 170 metres within the woods. But this narrow ridge still has a view to the east. Presumably when it was installed the wood to the west had not grown up, or was cleared sufficiently to get a view through. |
