Jennifer Brown, battalion surgeon with the 97th Civil Affairs Battalion (Airborne), make the universal sign for not breathing while conducting cardio pulmonary resuscitation for First Responder training on Antonio Bautista Air Base, Philippines, during exercise Balikatan 2015, April 16. The First Responder training was held to instruct medical professionals as well as practice techniques to become more effective when responding to medical crisis in the region.
