Title
Trefid spoon fragment
Description
English: The terminal of a spoon stem, cast in copper alloy. It is rectangular in section, flat with no decoration, other than the three-lobed 'trefid' end. The 'trefid' feature gives it a likely date of late-17th century.  The fragment is brown in colour and heavily pitted through corrosion. It is 34.6mm long, 19.8mm wide, 1.3mm thick and weighs 3.31 grams.
