English: NGR All of the coins are Roman silver coins of a denomination known as the denarius (plural denarii). The latest coin of the group is a denarius of Julia Domna dating to c. 193-7 AD. The earliest coins are two Roman Republican denarii of Mark Antony dating to 32-31 BC. Coins of Mark Antony and the first century AD are known to have circulated during the second century AD. The coins in this find could have circulated together in the late second century AD. The fact that they were found together and the composition of the group suggests that, on balance of probability, they are likely to have been buried at the same time in antiquity.
