Aaron Tinsley, left and Sgt. Dan’t Stebbins, during a decontamination process during a joint training exercise at the Joint Fire and Police Training Center in Gary, Ind., Oct. 19, 2010. The CST members were part of a joint interagency exercise alongside the Gary Fire Department, Army aviators and the FBI to better organize the Consequence Management Strike Team when partnering with local, state and federal first responders in the Gary area. |
