Went up to the rocks today to go hiking and get some graffiti shots, and hopefully some macro insect shots. When I got there there were 8-10 cars/trucks there and people waiting by the tracks. I had heard that the "Big Boy" Union Pacific 4014 steam engine was in the area but had NO IDEA that it would be coming through here today. An hour and a half later and there were probably 300 people there. Tons of cars, tons of trucks, etc.. All train people there to photograph this old steam engine. I couldn't let it be known that while I thought the train was pretty neat, I was really there to photograph the graffiti ON the trains coming through. Oh well. While waiting for the steam train to come up on one set of tracks I was spotting some nice and some not so nice pieces on the tracks over 1/4 mile away. *Zoom In* if you have to.
