Description

This is what happened yesterday, one hot Saturday afternoon, when seemingly everyone in Christchurch took to their gardens and decided to do some serious gardening work (us included!)

There was a queue of about 20-25 cars trying to pay and get out of the place, and about 30 trying to get in! Unfortunately for those people they were stopped and had to wait for about 15 minutes while both in and out lanes around the payment kiosk were used by outgoing traffic...
