Description
English: Traffic is typical on Uhuru Highway, the main road through the centre of Nairobi, any day of the week but especially on weekdays between 8am and 8pm. It makes getting around the city challenging, both for people who own cars and those who rely on public transport via Matatus or are travelling by foot along the road. In October 2019, the Kenyan government commissioned a new Expressway to connect Jomo Kenyatta to Westlands via a toll road.
