Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Today I took part in a traditional pig-killing and butchering day in southern Morvaian. The pig arrived early, at 07.50 and the local butcher began work almost immediately. We were able to eat our pork goulash lunch by 12.30, although we put it off for longer as we wewre too busy making three different types of sausages.
