MME. CHAROTTE-Type of Bruant Section. MME. CHAROTTE. One of the grandest sorts of the Beaute Poitevine class. Dwarf spreading habit, heavy deep green foliage, with unusually distinct chocolate zone. Enormous trusses, 6 in. to 8 in. across on fine foot stalks. Very large round florets, 2% in. and over in diameter, semi-double, and of a clear, distinct, pure salmon, slightly marked with white at times. Splendid bloomer, A decided acquisition and one of the most attractive varieties yet introduced. 50. cts. each. MME. LANDRY. Deep-apricot salmon, color of Mrs. A. Blanc. Semi-double. Fine dwarf habit, fine clean nicely zoned foliage. Profuse bloomer, an improvement on Beaute Poitevine. 35 cts. each. GRIFFITH. Another improvement on Beaute Poitevine. Color deep coppery salmon, same shade as H. Dauthenay. Fine large florets in good trusses. Foliage all that could be desired. Habit compact, and a fine grower and profuse bloomer. One of the best of this class for bedding purposes. 15 cts. each; $1.25 per doz.; $10.00 per 100.
