Summary
[edit]DescriptionTracks Of The Sand Train, Mablethorpe - geograph.org.uk - 211670.jpg |
English: Tracks Of The Sand Train, Mablethorpe. Interestingly, the 1940's OS Map shows this location as being on land! I suspect the Spring tides of 1953 were instrumental in the recession of the Coastline. In the distance is the bustling metropolis of Mablethorpe but the dunes on the right hand side provide a respite from that. The beach really is one of the finest on the East Coast, cleansed of the mud flats that once adorned it. |
